Creative Encounters Between the Worlds of Art, Science & Industry
A special invitation to join us
We are a group of artists and scientists—led by Doron Polak and Amir Cohen—who have, for over three decades, cultivated a unique and ongoing dialogue with representatives from the business, industrial, and tech sectors.
We host informal, highly creative meetings with company managers and employees—designed to spark new ways of thinking through the exchange of ideas between disciplines.
These sessions typically take place on-site, in a meeting room or any suitable space, and run up to three hours. Some sessions include a short hands-on workshop. Each company selects its own group of participants, and we tailor the meeting accordingly.
The meetings are fully documented, and using material gathered during the session—together with any content your company wishes to contribute—we create a customised bulletin or content piece, ideal for internal sharing, public relations, or online publication. These are available in print and digitally on MarkersArt.Net.
No preparation is needed from participants. The session is led by experienced facilitators who guide the discussion and provide any supporting materials.
These are not lectures. They are dynamic, open-format encounters designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, original thinking and meaningful cross-disciplinary exchange.
The ‘Thinking Ahead Forum’
This initiation was born in 2018 from the ‘International Artists’ Museum’, forming a network known as THINKING AHEAD—a forum of artists, scientists, educators and thinkers with advanced academic backgrounds (PhDs and Professors), all with recognised achievements in their fields.
Forum members come from a wide range of disciplines. One recent collaboration, ‘Beyond the Skin’, brought 135 artists, scientists and academic scholars together for a hybrid roundtables 5 days event and exhibition at the media center of the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice—presented during the Venice Biennale.
An Invitation; Host a Session
We invite you to host a creative encounter at your company—with a selected group of managers or employees. We will curate a matching group of artists and scientists to lead the session with you.
Afterwards, we will produce a bespoke printed and digital bulletin featuring highlights from the exchange—shared on MarkersArt.Net, and shaped in collaboration with your team.
Let’s create something thought-provoking, original, and aligned with your company’s goals and innovation strategy. Let’s connect >
